Mr. Massie said, “Let’s make sure we dot all our ‘I’s’ and cross all our T’s’ because we want to make sure everything is done properly.”

The accounts were approved as presented with the addition of some bills for next month which need to be sent out to avoid incurring a finance charge. Mr. McCarthy said it is sometimes necessary to do this when bills fall in between meetings.

Mr. McCarthy also annoifhced to the Board that the County closed on the Anderson property purchase on March 12. However, they have not reached any further agreement on the purchase by the County of the Fletcher property.
