What would happen if we put the money for war plans into plans for peace? I suspect that this is a new military budgets high and extract from the poor Eastern European nations monies to buy our military equipment. The billions estimated to carry out a new arms race scheme is probably not even accurate. Of course our government will try to persuade us it will be cheap.
