“You make life-long friends but there’s a lot more work to it than most would think. I want to have time to be a grandmother, that’s my first priority now,” she said.

“The building is about 200 years old. I feel every building has its own personality that tells you what to do with it. I feel this one should have everything from farm tools to lanterns, furniture, upholstered fumtiure and art. Eventually we’d like to have art and antique shows and James’ work would fall right into that too. I’m a great believer in learning on the job,” she said.
Stacy Horton supplies Eve with about 50 percent of her antiques. “He has grown up with them and loves them. He’s very prolific, it’s what he does with his life,” Eve said.
