They are already likening it to an “anchor" ! 1 hope our citizens will take this new military undertaking seriously and write to the president and other elected officials seeking factual information.

1 read with dismay and disgust John Toler and Dan Lowrey’s article, Developments May Signal the End of Suburbia. “Neotraditionalism” “New Urbanism,” apply whatever euphemistic, developer oriented label you want to it and the fact remains the same. It is still low density, suburban sprawl.
The first tenet of any development is need and not speculation. The natural changes of a community’s needs should be the driving force behind growth and not the speculative desires of a handful of developers. Let the needs for housing and retail arise and the community will fill those needs. Don’t let developers dictate the needs
