Leave in this hot water for 17 minutes for large eggs (3 minutes more or less for each size larger or smaller than ‘large’).
• Pour off hot water, cool down in ice water.

To take the edge off of the midmorning blabs, cut one of your hardcooked eggs in half lengthwise. Then, add a dollop of plain yogurt and a sprinkle of your favorite herb. This almost-instant egg salad is lots of good eating for not many calories!
