The Rappahannock County Board ot Supervisors is soliciting bids from firms to provide rain shield material to the Rappahannock County Sanitary Landfill (Cell 3) located on Rt. 639, Weaver Road, in Amissville, VA. The successful bidder shall comply with the terms contained in the Invitation for Bids issued by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County. Copies of the complete IFB and the General Terms and Conditions are available from the office listed below. No prequalification is required for this contract.
All bids should be submitted on a form (included with the General Terms and Conditions documents) clearly identifying the company providing the service, be signed by the principal of the firm, and shall note any exclusions or limitations. The basis for the bid shall also be stated; for this agreement, a final and complete finished price shall be stated. All bids must be received at the County Administrator’s Office, Old Extension Office, 290 Gay Street, P.O. Box 519, Washington, VA 22747 by Wednesday, April 2, 1997, by 3:00 PM., at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
The terms of Competitive Sealed Bidding as set forth in the Virginia Public Procurement Act shall apply. The Library Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids
