more nutrients than white)

2 cups Dry Milk (All the calcium and vitamin D with non of the fat)

1 cup Raisins (Dark or golden — your pick)

1 tablespoon Butter-Flavored Sprinkles (Surprisingly adequate substitute for margarine)

1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients together in a sealable plastic container or in the liner of an empty cereal box. Keep in mind, these amounts were completely made up. You can alter them however you want.

Place about 1/3 cup of the mixture in a bowl and stir in boiling water. Cover with a plate and go blow dry your hair. Or — add lukewarm water, stir, cover, and heat in the microwave for about 1 and 1/2 minutes.
