County Administrator John McCarthy said the restrictions would not apply to homes and driveways already in existence.
Washington resident Newbill Miller said, “I hope the Planning Commission will look around at the people opposed to this and realize they are the people who are at the core of planning and zoning operations here (in the county) and what is already in place. l have no personal interest ia * this other than to maintain proper zoning ordinances in this county.”
