Advisory Council To Meet
The Special Education Advisory Council of the Rappahannock County Public Schools will hold its last meeting of the 1996-97 school year on Thursday, May 29 at 3:30 p.m. at the elementary school. The program will feature a talk by Glenda Shortt, Regional Coordinator of Family Preservation Services. The public is welcome. The Advisory Council is chaired by Sherri Hamill-Huff.
Open House at Day Camp
All are welcome to attend Open House at Belle Meade Day Camp on Route 231 in Sperry ville on Sunday, June 1 from 2-4 p.m. Camp sessions this summer are June 16-27, June 30-July 11, July 14-25, July 28-August 8, and August 11-22. Burke Reunion Planned
The families of the late Charles Lewis and Bessie Burke will hold their annual reunion at the Rappahannock Park on Sunday, June 8. All relatives, family and friends are invited to attend. Lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m.
Creative Writing Classes Set
Creative writing classes for children, young adults, and adults will be offered by Deni Bechard at the Rappahannock Library going on now through June 28. Each class will meet once a week for one and a half hours. For information call 675-3901.
Soccer League Picnic Planned
