sand lots in our county in the Conservation Zone. There are also numerous lots zoned both agriculture and conservation. (F) #6 in the amendments requires that the structure’s highest elevation be at least 50 feet below the highest elevation of the lot. 1 am sure a significant number of existing lots could not have houses built on them because of (F) #6. If an existing house bums down can it be rebuilt under (F) #6?

The lots that can conform with (F) #6 maybe forced to place the drain field for the house on steeper slopes that generally exist on the lot. Roots from trees can make drain fields fail. This will require the clear cutting of
