Producers enrolled in the Production Flexibility Program for the years 1996-2002 are reminded that although planting restrictions and limitations do not apply there are certain requirements that must be met. A Conservation Plan must be prepared and approved by the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for all cropland that is determined highly erodible where the producer will plant an annually tilled crop. All producers must file or update their annual payment limitation information if there are any changes in their farming operation.
