Clevenger’s Comer Development Partners, owners of a 125-acre tract of land at the intersection of U. S. 211 and U.S. 29 in Culpeper County, have scheduled a two-day design charrette at the Fauquier Springs Country Club on June 2 and 3 to examine the issues involved in their proposed “new village” development project there.
“The two-day intensive workshop is designed to gather all of the relevant experts and all of the stakeholders in one place,” said James R. Epstein, president of EFO Capital Management, Inc., of Washington, D.C. and one of the development partners.
