A small group of participants will engage in a creative process to learn how to explore stories, memories and events in their lives in order to create an autobiography.
People are naturally drawn to reflect on their own lives and to want to share what they observe and experience as their story. It is particularly strong when a person stands at a crossroads: because of age, a traumatic event, the end or beginning cycle of a cycle of time.
