By Carl Eborn Rappahannock News Staff Writer Rare Finds, in Washington, Via., was the location for a drawing last Wednesday, April 8, to pick the winner of a basket full of Beanie Babies. The basket and contents were donated by Stewart and Evelyn Willis for the raffle which benefited The Child Care Learning Center. Rappahannock Sheriff Gary Settle drew the winning ticket and announced Beverly Burke of Amissville as the winner.
