During workshop sessions, participants will learn the tools and develop skills that are necessary to enter their stories. Five full-day workshops are scheduled over a two month period to provide repeated opportunities to work and the support to continue this work in between sessions. By the final session, participants can expect to complete the first chapter of an autobiography.
