Rappahannock News Staff Photo/Carl Ebom Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington will be sponsoring a Spring Garden Sale on Saturday, April 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine under the big tent opposite the church. Here Mrs. Richard Bull, left, is selecting plants from Breeden’s Plant House with owner Charlene Breeden. In addition to annuals and perennials there will be Japanese Maples, Evergreen Azaleas, Virginia Native Plants, Rare Trees and Shrubs, Reblooming Iris, herbs of many kinds, fresh Spring vegetables and strawberries. All proceeds will help the Trinity Church Garden Guild build a stunning new church garden on Middle Street in the heart of the village of Washington. Rappahannock residents are encouraged to support this worthwhile endeavor.
