Amissville Baptist Church will hold Easter Sunrise Service on Red Oak Mountain on Sunday, April 4 beginning at 5:30 a.m. Everyone is invited to participate.

The Culpeper Pregnancy Center is sponsoring a walkathon on Saturday, April 17 with registration at 8:30 a.m. at Culpeper Baptist Church. The program will begin at 9 a.m. and should conclude by 10 a.m. The one and a half mile walk is for all ages and everyone is encouraged to participate. For our lovely ladies in Amissville, the annual Miss Rappahannock Pageant is scheduled for Saturday, April 24 at 7 p.m. The pageant is sponsored by the Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad and will be held at Rappahannock County Elementary School with a rehearsal on Tuesday, April 20 at 6 p.m. Contestants must be a resident of Rappahannock County.
