adopted the agenda from February’s meeting with a few amendments. There was one public comment. Phil Irwin of Flint Hill urged everyone to attend the Cellular/PCS tower meeting at Rappahannock High School auditorium on March 18.
After Irwin’s comment, the Miller subdivision took center stage. John Delmare, speaking on behalf of Joseph and Roxanne Miller, addressed the commission in regards to the Miller’s application to divide a parcel of over 164 acres along Routes 522 and 635 north of Flint Hill into six parcels. The property is zoned “A” agricultural under Zoning Chapter 170-36 of the Rappahannock County Code.
The proposed parcels would range in size from 21 to 42 acres. One lot will be used as a vineyard, with another lot held for possible vineyard expansion in the future. Three lots have been tentatively
