Mrs. Milbourne was a member of Amissville Baptist Church.
She was predeceased by her husbands, Aubrey William Settle, whom she married on Oct. 10, 1932 and Edgar Dalton Milboume, whom she married on June 19, 1958; two sons, Milton Franklin Settle
