The proposed Miller subdivision in Huntly was the main topic of debate at this month’s Rappahannock Planning Commission meeting at the county courthouse on March 17.
The commission also remembered an old colleague.
Six members were in attendance: Chairperson Sharon Pierce, Vice-Chair Thomas Junk, Raymond Brown, Werner Krebser, Susan Babcock and Ron Frazier. Also present was County Administrator John McCarthy.
After Ms. Pierce called the meeting to order, a moment of silence was observed for Sid Gottlieb.
Gottlieb, who served for many years as a representative to the Planning Commission from the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals, died March 6.
