Foster dated November 1, 1995 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court, County of Rappahannock, Virginia, in Deed Book 215, page 648, securing a loan which was originally $130,462.00. Default having occurred in the payment'of the Note thereby secured, and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the County of Rappahannock Circuit Courthouse 238 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia on April 20, 1999 at 12:30 PM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address and briefly described as Lots 3 and 4, in Block A, as shown on that certain plat and survey entitled “Survey of French Farm Subdivision on Route 522, about 5 miles South of Front Royal”.
