Captain U.S.N. Ret. and Mrs. D.C. Welling and son David of Fairfax Station and daughter, Anne of Penn State spent from Saturday through Monday in Bo * where they attended the graduation exercises of Judith Carter Welling from Boston College.
Judith received a B.A. degree in Human Development and Elementary Education in the honors program. She was honored Sunday night with a speech and award at ceremonies held at this time.
She will continue to live and work in Boston after graduation.
Mrs. Welling was the former Jean Carter Moffett of Washington and Judith's grandmother is Mrs. Jean B. Moffett of Washington.
