Daisy Duke
is coming
to Cooter’s

Catherine Bach, the actress who became famous to television viewers worldwide for her portrayal of Daisy Duke on the hit series “The Dukes of Hazzard”, will make a rare public appearance at Cooter’s Place in Sperryville on Saturday, July 8 and Sunday, July 9.
Ms. Bach, now a successful California businesswoman and the mother of two young daughters, will be available for pictures and autographs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.
Catherine Bach made her film debut with Burt Lancaster in “The Midnight Man” and was featured in “Thunderbolt and Lightfoot” and “Hustle” before landing the role of Daisy in 1978.
A poster of Ms. Bach quickly became an international best seller in 1980.
Ben Jones, proprietor of Cooter’s said he is delighted that Ms. Bach is coming to Sperryville. “Cathy has been a buddy of mine for almost 22 years now. And not a day goes by that somebody doesn’t ask about her. I’m hoping we can give her a great Rappahannock County welcome!”
Cooter’s is located on Highway 211, west of Sperryville and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m..
