The spring soccer season is over for the Rappahannock
Soccer League. It was a very busy season with ten teams competing at different age levels.
Many thanks to those coaches and team moms who helped make this season successful. We can not forget to mention those who helped behind the scenes and thank them for their help. It takes a great deal of work and effort to have a sports season of any kind and it takes a lot of volunteers to do the many different jobs that need to be done. From fund raising to lining the fields, every one is important.
I would like to thank all those who have made the Rappahannock Soccer League the success that it has become from the beginning to the present. For any program like the Rappahannock Soccer League to succeed there of course needs to be the proper funding. We were very fortunate this season to have the generous support of several local sponsors. We would like to thank them for their support and kindness in helping the young soccer players in our league.
