Smith-Midland Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Engineering Dept. Dufies include maintaining the engineering filling system, organization and storage of blueprints, engineering dept, documents and reports and creating and updating various reports using Excel spreadsheets and the company accounting system. Will provide secretarial support to the engineering, project management and quality control depts. Including operation of a print machine. This position requires thorough knowledge of PC’s in a Windows environment, MS Office and Excel, good organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment preferred. Competitive salary and excellent benefits plan.

Clerk Position The Deputy Court Clerk is assigned operational responsibilities, ensures court’s instructions are executed and legal papers prepared, with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent required. (College or business school courses preferred.) Considerable experience, or combination of education and experience, required in clerical or secretarial positions to provide high level of knowledge, skills, abilities in general office operations and procedures (i.e., typing, filing bookkeeping); accepting payments and making change; verbal and written communication skills; working under deadlines. (Automated records and work processing preferred) legal/judicial knowledge desired. Salary Range: $20,685 to $31,387.
