Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc., a fast-paced commercial mortgage banking company located in Warrenton, Virginia, seeks an Associate General Counsel with broad-based and progressively responsible work experience in all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate financing and business transactions, ranging from loan origination through closing and servicing. Knowledge of FHA multifamily, GNMA and Fannie Mae regulations helpful. Familiarity with secondary market financing, servicing issues, corporate governance practices, and litigation are a plus. This position requires an extremely organized “can do" team player with excellent written and oral communication skills, common sense, the ability to deal effectively with managers and staff at all levels of the organization, and the ability to adapt legal requirements in a pragmatic way consistent with existing com jany practices and values.
