What a unique idea. Here, right in the heart of a buzzing mall, someone remembered the children. Someone remembered that as vital as the world of merchandising and advertising is, the laughter of a child and a moment's peace for a parent are also important. As they watch youngsters exploring giant waffles and banana slice steps (see picture), passersby also grin. Happiness is contagious.
In our hectic lives, we need to find a reason to smile in the midst of mayhem...for ourselves as well as for those who see us, that they may ‘‘catch” our pleasant frame of mind. God gives us a reason to smile. He cares for us as His children. If we look we can see our Creator in the sky and the stars...in every raindrop. Psalm 146:5 tells us, “Happy is he., whose hope is in the Lord his God.”
Worship God at your chosen church or synagogue this Sabbath day. Discover His sanctuary in the midst of the business of living. You will share in the joy of becoming a child of God.
