TFR announces
fall clean up
Trash Free Rappahannock (TFR) in cooperation with VDOT is launching its month long fall roadside clean up campaign beginning Saturday, Oct. 21 and continuing for the three following Saturdays, Oct. 28, Nov. 4 and Nov. 11.
Individuals and groups in the county interested in identifying roads in need of cleaning up, picking up roadside trash, working with the court ordered youth community service program, or contributing money to TFR's new planned activities, should call either Buck Payne at 987-8303 or John Kiser at 9878445 for more details.

Headwaters board
to meet Oct. 9
The October board of directors meeting for Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, will take place Monday, Oct. 9 at 7 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Extension Office. The meeting is open to the public.
