Two memorial funds were announced at the Headwaters "Taste of Rappahannock" fund raiser Saturday evening, Sept. 16 in Washington. The funds were named in honor of two of Headwaters' original founders who died this past spring and summer.
The Jeff MacNelly Art Award will be made annually to a Rappahannock County School student or teacher for supplies or for further training in an area of the visual arts.
