The Rappahannock County Board ot Supervisors is soliciting bids to provide and install fencing for the new softball and baseball fields located adjacent to the Rappahannock County Elementary School.
The successful bidder shall comply with the terms contained in the Invitation for Bids issued by the Board of Supervisors Copies of the complete IFB and the General Terms and Conditions are available from the office listed below No prequalification is required for this contract.
All bids must be received at the County Administrator's Office. Old Extension Office. 290 Gay Street, P.O. Box 519, Washington, VA 22747 by Friday, October 13, 2000, by 4:00 PM., at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
The terms of Competitive Sealed Bidding as set forth in the Virginia Public Procurement Act shall apply The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
