• Did you know that RCMS teacher Mr. Jared Nieters played on a college AllAmerican Soccer team in New York? What an inspiration for his students who play!
• We have had several generous volunteers who happen to speak Spanish offer their assistance at RCES this year. Many thanks to these wonderful ladies, Patty Metcalfe, Carolyn Thornton, Virginia Audrain, Elizabeth Johns and Gretchen Starr.
• The Headwaters (Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation) MiniGrant Committee, chaired by RCHS parent Peter Kreyling, has been busy reviewing grants and interviewing applicants. Each year the variety of requests expands and the number of students touched by the projects grows.
