Flint Hill Methodist Church and in the field behind 4 & 20 Restaurant, just before the Village View driveway stands a tower. Notice the lovely shiny chain link fence topped with barbed wire. Now start tipping your head back seeing a lattice tower arising from the land to the height of a twenty-five story building. I believe that yours is three counting the attic.
Speak to me now about the affect upon your property values and all the work you have so lovingly done to restore your building and land! And tell me again that we should accept Sprint's proposal without questions or concern for what they wish to take from us.
Does new technology have to disrupt so much, so pervasively as Sprint and Mr. Solomon would have us believe? If I wanted all that Mr. Solomon embraces so enthusiastically, I’d live in a city. Reminds me of people who move to the country because they like the fresh air and the views, but complain when fertilizer is spread on the fields, or the noise of a saw mill, or wonder why they can't get their trash picked up at the end of their driveway. We live in the c-o-u-n-t-r-y.
I object mightily when my neighbor, or Mr. Solomon, or Sprint wishes to trash our property, our lives in the name of moving onward.
