The S.O. S. program will continue through Friday, Oct. 5. Currently, two radar units are in use, one by the Sheriff s Office and the other by the State Police.
After the Sheriffs Office team finishes at the U. S. 211 school zones this week, they are going immediately to the Wakefield Country Day School on Rt. 522 at Huntly to enforce the speed limit there.
"I'm serious about compliance with the speed limits in our school zones," said Sherertz. "S.O.S. is something we're going to keep."
