Graduated from State Game Warden Basic School and Central Shenandoah Criminal Justice Training Academy. Attended three DARE Schools, Radar Instructor School and School Resource Officer School. Community: Captain Brown is involved in almost every aspect of the "community relations field" pertaining to Rappahannock County. In addition to heading up the DARE Day held each May at ibe Rappahannock County - ^ ' Elementary School, you will find Captain Brown involved with carnivals, festivals, community activities and events of every sort. Church: Member of Finley Memorial Presbyterian Church in Stuarts Draft Interests: Antique cars, fishing, reading, gardening, baseball and history Most interesting travel experience: "When I was 10 years old, I went to Cuba with my parents." Hardest/most important Job: "Working with children, providing instruction, guidance and trying to be a positive influence on their lives." Accomplishments: Helping to raise two wonderful children.
