Also surviving are seven brothers and sisters, Charlotte Kilby of Culpeper, Acy Frye of Slate Mills, Jane Banks of Tennessee, Muriel Roy of Harrisburg, Pa., Lois Starks of Washington, Stony Frye of White Shop and Rufus Frye of Rochester, N.Y.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, Nov. 10 at the Nazareth Baptist Church in Boston with the Rev. H. Frye, Pastor, officiating.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
