Sheriffs Office investigators are looking into the complaint that at least nine rounds from a 9-mm firearm were shot into a house ifl, the 500 block of Woodward Road nesfi4 Sperryville. ^
The complainant reported finding the dam-< age on the afternoon of Nov. 8. Bullet holes were found in the living room and kitchen of the house, which was apparently not inhabited at the time. Five bullets were recovered. ''

DWI arrest
Early in the morning of Nov. 12, Def>! Anthony Berry pulled over a Front Royafl woman and subsequently charged her witft driving while intoxicated and refusing to submit to a blood alcohol test.
Patricia Lynn Carter, 44, was driving 6tt U.S. 211 near Route 627 east of Washingt<$ when she was stopped.
Carter was initially stopped when Dep, Berry noticed her driving erratically.
Radio found
A passerby has turned in a Mototola hand? held two-way radio found on Route 622 near Rock Mills to the Sheriffs Office. ;u
"The owner can claim his property by establishing ownership or providing an accurate description of the radio,” said Sherertz.
