Hello all! Did you here we may have snow on Friday? Get out the shovels.

There's a lot going on the next couple of weeks, so here is the scoop.

On Nov. 18 the Amissville Volunteer Fire and Rescue will be having a Ham and Turkey Dinner, with all the fixings.

The doors will open at 5 p.m. and the cost will be $10 for adults; $6 for children under 12 and children under four may eat for free.

You can also get all-youcan-eat for $12.

All proceeds from the dinner will go to help the members purchase a new tanker truck that is desperately needed. For more information call 937-5125.

On Nov. 22 the annual Community Thanksgiving Service will be held at the Bethel Baptist Church.

The Rev.
