Warren ton auto dealer Joe Jacoby is quite aware of the size and needs of Fauquier County's commuting workforce.
Although he has been in business at the comer of the Old Bypass and Frost Avenue — and out of the commuter rat race himself — for seven years, his work with the Washington Redskins and other commitments in Northern Virginia take him "up the road" several times a week.
