Never did make any sense to me to cut the bone, wrap the bone, freeze the bone, cook the bone, and throw • away the bone. We just threw it away to start with.
Actually, it wasn’t thrown away at all; part of it went with the ‘chines,’ or back bone, and the other part went with the spare ribs.
