We’re sure you’ve heard their songs many times. In winter both males and females sing frequently, but we usually hear only one bird at a time even when they’re in gfoups. There is a single sweet, sad, quavering whistle of “Old Sam Peabody, Peabody, Peabody.” Or if you’re Canadian it would be “Oh Sweet Canada, Canada, Canada.”
