Flint Hill a special use permit for their cabin on 132 Gay St. allowing them to rent the small house to guests. The cabin will be operated as a kind of miniature bed & breakfast. Meals for guests will be prepared at the nearby Middleton Inn, which will also handle booking for the miniature resort. The Council voted unanimously to refer the proposed new Historic District Guidelines to the Town Planning Commission for revision and review. There will be a Joint meeting of the Planning Commission and the Architectural Review Board concerning the Historic District Guidelines on November 28.
