If I could, I would give every parent a single moment of pure bliss. I would give them complete federal and state funding for their child's education. I would build all the ramps we need to make things ADAcompliant. If I could, for Christmas, I would make sure all families with specialneeds children, children who have medical challenges or disabilities, know they are loved and respected.
