Traffic being what it is, you could drive 5 mph for 4Q miles or 40 mph for 5 minutes and be home before 2006 — you choose. 2. Gas prices as high as they are, you could buy twice as many gifts by staying in the county. 3. You might catch your spouse buying your gift. 4. You might catch someone else buying your spouse a gift! 5. Keeping your money in the county feeds hungry local kids — oh, and the mama goats, too! 6. Parking spaces at the malls are so far from the shops, you may have to park here anyway and walk. 7. If you don’t shop in Fauquier, other people will move here to take advantage of the wonderful goods. (See No. 1.) 8. They’ve changed the roads again — you may not be able to find your way home. 9.
