Madison and Orange counties, recognizes an outstanding conservation family from each of the counties every year. The new product, which is a hard cider, is the brainchild of Cliff Miller. He and his crew are leasing the packing house from Skyline Storage owned by the Sharp family, near the Sperryville Antique Market... It has a spacious warehouse space for pressing the apples, another for the five 1,000 gallon fermentation tanks for the hard cider, another for the bottling process, and one with lots of storage.
