Citizens are also welcome to express their opinions on matters of concern, particularly national topics or issues before the United States Congress. The Rappahannock Nonprofit Center announces QuickBooks Training for nonprofits on March 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Public High School.
