Full-Time Responsible for accurate reports before deadlines consistent with the company Master Report Schedule; preparing other reports and analyses; initiating new methods of providing useful, timely, information with clear new and improved graphics to assist management decision making; prepare company's annual budget including Revenue, Expense, Capital, and Payroll; assist with various other tasks as required including General Ledger closings, account analyses and reconciliations on an as needed basis. Qualified candidate must have 4 yea' degree in accounting or business plus two years of experience, or equivalent training and experience. Computer proficiency, including reporting, accounting and spreadsheet software, and work with graphs. Agricultural and Forestal District Manager

Economic Development A highly organized individual to manage strategic and technical aspects of program. Lead staff for developing and presenting reports to Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors; scheduling and attending public hearings and meetings; providing extensive customer service to applicants and landowners. Program administration duties include: staffing the Agricultural District Advisory Committee (scheduling, logistics, presentations of staff reports, meeting minutes); managing bulk mailings to landowners; and maintaining all records and ordinances as identified in State Code and County policies. Attendance at frequent evening meetings is required. This position requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelors degree and a minimum of three years experience. Experience and knowledge in mapping or planning is desirable. Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to organize, use and manipulate databases, and make presentations to large audiences.
