The Rappahannock Lions Club began its 50th Anniversary year with the change of administrations conducted by past President Bob Anderson as the “Installing Lion.” Outgoing president Bob Lander passed the gavel to incoming president Larry Grove at the ceremony on July 12 that also inducted the officers and directors for 2007OS.
