TO AMEND CHAPTER 103, FEES, OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE

The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County proposes to adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 103-2 of the Rappahannock County Code, dealing with fees assessed on each criminal and traffic case heard in the District or Circuit Court in Rappahannock County in which the defendant is convicted of a violation of any statute or local ordinance, which amendment may be summarized as follows:

Delete “$5” from section 103-2 and replace with “$10”

A public hearing on the proposed ordinance shall be held at 7:00PM on 6 August, 2007 in the Rappahannock County Courthouse on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia.
