Skyline CAP Head Start is a preschool program for 3 and 4-year-old children Applications for the 2007-2008 school year are now being accepted. Children must be at least 3 years of age by September 30, 2007. Children with special needs are also encouraged to apply. Skyline CAP Head Start is a free program for income eligible families.
