Crochet workshops
There will be leam-to-knit or crochet workshops on July 16,17,18,19 from 6-8 p.m. held at the Amissville United Methodist Church for anyone ages 7th grade-adult. All supplies provided. Come every night or to as many as you can. Knitting or crocheting is proven to relieve stress and lower blood pressure, plus you have something beautiful to show for your efforts. July 19: RapCats meeting
RapCats, the new group to help the county’s abandoned, abused and feral cats, will have a meeting at the library on Thursday, July 19 at 7 p. m. This is an organizational meeting where we will decide the group’s main purposes and its organizational structure. We are interested in input from any resident of Rappahannock County. Anyone who is interested in having a voice as to the direction this group will be taking is invited to attend. There is no obligation to join RapCats and nobody is being asked to take in cats.
